Our Workplace Risk Management Platform® (WRMP®), our flagship product at Xanthos Systems, LLC, is a web-based, interactive tool to significantly improve the workplace safety environment, reduce losses and better manage risk.  Our solution allows carriers, self insured public and private entities, PEOs and brokers to capture real-time information about the safety environments and other loss prevention measures of their insureds, create safety accountability, better manage risk and more effectively evaluate  their clients on safety.  As a central portal for provider-client-”end user” communication, WRMP® is available to private and public Workers Compensation Insurers, the Self-Insured, JPAs, Brokers, and Professional Employee Organizations, and other Risk Pools. 

Myworkplacesafety offers safety training courses or a complete “Safety Library in a Box” training kit that contains all courses.  With it you’ll be able to provide your employees easy-to-use (but effective) 15-20 minute instructional courses on a wide variety of topics, as well as a large course library of longer, in-depth courses.

Most of our courses are available in either English or Spanish, and individual courses or the entire library may be purchased on a CD-Rom.  Additionally, Xanthos Systems LLC makes these courses available through its Learning Enabled Management Systems (LEMS).  As a stand-alone learning management system, LEMS provides an ideal eLearning safety course delivery system for self-insured, private and governmental entities or any entity that does not need the full power and functionality of the Workplace Risk Management Platform®.
