At Xanthos Systems LLC, we have found that both insurers and insureds believe in safety.  Both believe that a dedication to safety reduces losses.  However, in today’s environment, delivery of outstanding safety tools and services to the insured . . . can be very expensive and time consuming.

It has become too cost prohibitive to provide these resources to the small to medium employer and yet these companies represent a very high level of risk to the carrier.  As a result, safety has been left up to the employers who have the least capability of implementing a safety program.  In some cases, the insured safety programs end up being seriously inadequate.  In most cases, the small to medium employer never gets a safety program in place at all.

Xanthos Systems LLC has developed a solution designed to solve this problem: Introducing the Workplace Risk Management Platform®.  Workplace Risk Management Platform® is a web-based, interactive tool used between the Insurer and the Insured to significantly improve the safety environment, reduce losses and better manage risk.

The Workplace Risk Management Platform® is easy for the employer to use.  Pulling from an extensive national, state and local worker’s comp data base, potential risks and injuries are assigned to the specific industry, occupations and hazards associated with the Insured’s business.  Within a few minutes, each of the Insured employees has a customized safety program specific to the risks associated with performing their jobs.
